We are Be Part of it Productions Ltd. You may also know us by our trading name ‘Sneaky Experience. Information you give us
When you sign up for an account on our Website or any of our partner ticket websites we use, we will ask for the following personal information about you:

·        your name;

·        your contact details (e-mail address, mobile phone number); and

·        your billing address;

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
 

Details of tickets you have purchased, the fulfilment of your orders, and any communications by telephone, in person or by any other means relating to those transactions will also be stored. We will keep a record of all the tickets you have purchased with us, so you can always look back and see what amazing events you have attended at any time, directly from your
account.


When you purchase a ticket through the ticket platform, the information you have given to us is passed to the ticket sites payment processing partner to process according to our instructions. The ticket site do keep a copy of this. However, they will never store your card details – these are held by their third-party payment provider.


Finally, if you have interacted with us via social media e.g. by liking our Facebook page, or connecting with us on Instagram, we may contact you via those platforms.

 

Technical data
When you visit our Website, we may collect technical data about the device you are using, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is used for system administration and to improve the look and feel of our web presence.

 

Special Category Data (also known as sensitive personal information)
We do not collect any special categories of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. If you purchase tickets from us, we will send you periodic e-mails about upcoming shows and other events that we think you might be interested in. You can opt-out of receiving these e-mails at any time by clicking the appropriate link in the e-mail itself or updating your communication preferences via your account on our partner ticket site.

 

We may use personal information held about you in the following ways:

to fulfil ticket orders you place with us;

to advise you of forthcoming shows or other events;

to ensure that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device;

to respond to queries you send us.

When you buy a ticket from us, we disclose your name and e-mail address to the venue or promoter who put that ticket up for sale on our Website. We do this for two main reasons:

to allow them to identify you when you arrive at the venue. In the event that another ticketholder has the same name as you, your e-mail address will prove who you are, and that your purchase was legitimate; and

to allow them to send you details of future events, but only if you consent to this.

Information collected and its use
